The challenge

ROCA Industry products are used in projects where each solution is unique. Dimensions, glass, profiles, colors and fittings vary according to customer needs.

Previously, this meant a cumbersome manual process where each quote had to be calculated from scratch. Drawings were produced separately and the work could take up to two days per project.

The solution

Together with KonfigDesign, ROCA Industry developed a web-based product configurator where both salespeople and customers can configure solutions directly in the browser.

The system automatically manages all technical dependencies and ensures that the right components are selected based on the user’s choice.

The user can:

  • Enter measurements and dimensions
  • Choosing glass size and thickness
  • Determining profiles and fittings
  • Enter colors via RAL codes
  • Selecting the door type (single, double, sliding)
  • Get a prize immediately upon login
