Who are we?

We are a small team of experts on product configuration. Our customers are primarily small and medium sized manufacturing enterprizes in Sweden. Since 2009 we have delivered configurator solutions by using modern IT tools.

Our mission

We want to help industrial companies strengthen their competitiveness and create a more fulfilling work environment for their staff.
By working with configuration, a large part of recurring quotation and order-related tasks can be automated, freeing up time for product development, for example.

Work at KonfigDesign

We work in close cooperation with our customers, in project form for new customers, with ongoing support for existing customers.

Our work can largely be done remotely. We usually work together at our office in Hudiksvall, but also from home when needed.

Things we often work on

Coaching and project management
Quote configuration (CPQ) – with platforms: RuleDesigner, Elfsquad.
3D configuration in browsers – with platforms: RuleDesigner, DynaMaker.
System integrations via APIs – http(REST), File transfers, databases (SQL) etc.
Engineering, CAD and 3D design – CAD systems: Mainly Solidworks, Solid Edge, Inventor.
PDM system – RuleDesigner PDM.
Spreadsheets and calculations

Things that we don’t really work with, but that we still need knowledge about

Server operations – Windows server, web servers, database servers etc.
Networks.
Firewalls.
Rights in file systems.
