On behalf of Per Sundin Elservice, we have developed a mobile-friendly web service for managing work orders. The service helps with the reporting of consumed materials and time, as well as the transfer of order data to the BL Invoicing program.
Easy reporting for installers
Fitters can easily create work orders for new jobs and add information about the customer, the job and the materials and time used.
EDI integration with wholesalers
The service has EDI connections to the wholesalers Ahlsell and Selga, which means that the purchase of products for a work order can be automatically downloaded to the work order.
Integration with billing software
When a work order is ready for invoicing, invoicing documents can easily be transferred to BL Invoicing.
